Administrative Assistant position-URGENT
at Durga Krishnamurthy in Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Designation Administrative Assistant position-URGENT
Job Description Individual should be well versed with Visa process & should handle following admin related activities
1. Provide administrative support.
2. Coordinate and schedule both internal and external meetings/events; communicate with outside customers regarding meeting arrangements.
3. Arrange department travel (domestic and international) and itineraries.
4. Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations or other documents as requested.
5. Provides administrative support to Corporate Services team members on an as-needed basis.
6. Maintain break/copy areas and conference rooms routinely.
7. Relief/back up reception duties as outlined in Receptionist Position Definition.
8. Provide back up coverage and support in absence of other Administrative Assistants.
9. Provide facilities support for the office, as requested.
10. Liaise with the vendors/contractors for building related maintenance and service, in the absence of Corporate Services Coordinator.
11. Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
Desired Profile 1. Graduate degree or equivalent preferred.
2. 3+ years of related experience or equivalent
3. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and Internet applications.
Experience 3 - 5 Years
