Job Description :
To oversee and undertake home installations. Deliver high quality service levels at all touch points. Be customer oriented
- Responsible for installation and commissioning of the system
- Attending service calls post installation & commissioning
- Providing service support for any Bose product at customer site
- Rack building for system integration, developing circuit and connectivity diagrams
- Responsible for service level deliverables for all home audio installations
- Meeting customers, reviewing customer designs and suggesting solutions as and when required
- Training the customer on system operations
Desired Profile :
0.5-2 years experience is required.
