Project Lead - Manual Testing(Mainframe Environment)

Job Description
1. Perform Functional/Manual Testing for assigned projects.
2. Develop and execute test plans to validate business requirements.
3.Ensure timely project deliveries as per release plan.
4. Can guide small size projects and mentor juniors as assigned.
5. Coordinate and communicate with client/business partners for project related matters.
6. Attend and drive meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings.
7. Provide and organize trainings as necessary.
8. Review deliverables and ensure Quality of deliverables.
9. Report project status/dashboard/issues/metrics to reporting authority.
10. Assist manager in achieving business goals.
11. Take & implement initiatives for test process improvements and quality of work.
12. Contribute additional effort in organization building.
13. Escalate issues to the business partners/managers timely.
Desired Profile
1. 5 - 9 years of strong experience in system testing, integration testing.
2. Experience of Testing in IBM Mainframe environment is mandatory.
3. Good knowledge of Testing tools like Test Director/Quality Centre.
4. Good experience of team handling required.
5. Understands different test methodologies, SDLC.
6. Good understanding of US healthcare insurance domain.
Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
