Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst with good domain experience in Insurance. Property and Casualty. Duties and Responsibilities To assist in the preparation of test plans and test scripts. To ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release. To prepare and maintain test plans To prepare a test plan and test scripts to test each software component and demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results. To provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements. To provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposes. Flexibility with requirements that may not be always up-to-date with the latest information. Tester is expected to keep track of changes with handwritten notes until a version is sent out with the correction or change. This could be several versions later. Identifying test conditions and their expected results Creating Function Logs to document the test conditions and expected results (Function Logs are test condition lists. A template is available) Executing tests according to the Function Logs Validating actual results against expected results Able to test to the requirements but also able to think beyond the specific requirements to identify other test conditions Nice to have: Experience with Commercial Lines insurance. Experience with Predictive Modeling
Desired Profile
Thorough knowledge of structured test methods and processes. Proven experience of testing complex user interfaces. A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work. Good Communication Skills
Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
