Telecom OSS/BSS Tester-L1(T69045)

Job Description
Skill & Job Requirements: Total 3-5 years of experience in testing of OSS and Network applications. - Out of total experience, 2-3 years of Test Automation experience using Quality center and Rational Robot - Experience in Agile testing essential - Experience in User Acceptance and Operational readiness testing - Experience in Test planning in terms of measuring user experience - Experience in Sun Solaris - Experience in testing of Network and Service assurance (Legacy or COTS) - Experience in testing of BEA Weblogic based, TUXEDO, MQSeries based applications - Experience of Testing process / Test Lifecycle (Test Planning, Test Case writing, Test execution, Reporting, Result logging etc.) - Experience in Order management and provisioning, Service and Network Assurance (SMARTS, REMEDY, INFOVISTA and in-house portals) - Experience in supporting field testing for the last mile connectivity – Strong communication skills / customer interactions skills is essential. - Job involves working at customer location initially to perform Knowledge Transition of existing OSS and Network applications followed by at least 18 months project delivery from offshore. Strong communication and customer interaction skills are a must.

Qualification: BE / BTech Experience: Freshers Skills: Testing - Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Works on problems of limited scope, through usage of standard programming concepts and principles. Works under high supervision/ guidance with frequent review of accomplished objectives. Expected to learn on the job towards developing domain knowledge along with technical/ proprietary skills. Area of expertise: ISP/TSP Solutions - OSS
