Testing Solutions Expert / Architect

Job Description
1. Presales in Testing Solutions, Consulting, Assessment, Presentations, Strategy, Quality & Training.
2. Managing End-to-End RFP/RFI process and solutions covering from small testing bids to large scale testing projects, various pricing & staffing models
3. Providing solutions around market testing tools
4. Identify future testing trends & client's pain areas and provide specific testing solutions & offerings
5. Supported sales in successfully closing large bids for prestigious clients/Fortune 500 companies. Skilled in anchoring opportunities - opportunity identification, pitch evaluation, strategy planning, proposal preparation, research, gap analysis, business planning, consulting, feasibility study, IT blueprint & roadmap, client visit management/presentation etc.
6. Facilitate and co-ordinate Presales activities by coordinating solution development, effort estimations, pricing etc on various technologies / platforms of Microsoft, Oracle, Sun, IBM etc for various applications with the software delivery team. Desired Profile
Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT testing, of which 5+ years in working in Testing Pre-sales role Participated in several bid management activities like Request for Proposals (RFPs) / Request for Quotations (RFQs) / Tenders / Expression of Interest (EOIs) for key target accounts by coordinating with internal stakeholders and relevant technology practices. Expertise in customer requirements collection and validation. A very keen eye to details & processes, with a conviction that an organization has to shape its processes to perfection in order to attain growth & success. A good understanding of IT project management dynamics and issues involved. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Rapid learner with exemplary communication and presentation skills, voracious reader, good listener, extremely organized, & disciplined. Expertise in establishing and executing various test organization models Full understanding of Engagement Models and Delivery Models Possess the right blend of soft skills required to be successful in managerial assignments.
