1. 3 years of formal software testing experience in planning, writing, and executing functional and system tests of distributed systems within a structured software development process
2. PeopleSoft HCM modules - PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, Base Benefits, and Training Administration, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, Message Agent, Query/Crystal
3. Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.x process flow for HCM
4. Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.x data structures
5. Ability to effectively decipher and comprehend both technical and business documentation
6. Ability to multitask and adjust to changing project schedules and priorities
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Work with the client to evaluate the various test processes and verify the solutions
9. Document specification, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant information
10. Prior test automation experience using Rational Robot and/or Mercury QTP
Skills Required
1. Over all 4-6 years of experience including 2 years of hands on PeopleSoft experience
2. Should have worked on PeopleSoft 8.9
3. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR processes, configuration, tables, data etc
4. Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents and business requirements
5. Must be detail oriented and quality driven and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills
7. Experience in Business Analysis HR, Employee and Manager Self Service etc
