1. Handling inbound calls
2. Document the calls to ensure all information is captured
3. Ensure one time call resolution
4. Maintain accuracy of information given and documented
5. Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process
6. Attend briefings, trainings/refresher sessions and meetings as required
Desired Profile
1. 6 months to 2 years of experience in any Voice based process
2. Excellent Verbal Communication
3. Active listening and probing slkills
4. Sound understanding of MS office Excellent Communication skills
5. Good Analytical Skills
Education UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization,Graduation Not Required
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required
